THE PROCESS
BEFORE:

Book a free discovery call to discuss all your website needs and to see if we would be a good match. We will then walk you through our entire process, costs, timeline and all materials we will need from you.

Once you have signed your contract and paid your deposit we will send you a branding questionnaire where you can get all of your ideas and information out of your head and onto paper.

Once we receive everything we need from you, we will go ahead and create a mock-up (draft) of your website and edit all of your copy.
DURING:
01
Once the mock-up has been reviewed and approved, we will begin working on developing your dream website. At this stage, we will build the bones of the site while we wait for you to send images and any more information required.

We will begin fine-tuning the website once all materials have been received. This is when your site really starts to come to life!

There will be two chances to provide in-depth feedback on the site, to make sure you are completely happy with the final result.
LIVE:
01
You will be sent video lessons on how to run your site yourself. We also offer 14 days of email support to request small tweaks to the website or if you find yourself stuck or confused.
02
After the 14 days, you’ll be responsible for all future updates and edits to your site.
03
Once you are 100% happy with your new website, we will optimize the site for both search engines and mobile devices to ensure your new site gets noticed.

You will need to pay for your Squarespace plan which will include hosting, a domain name and a Google Suite, including a Google email address for your business (free for the first year). You will then be required to pay for each of the above yearly. If you require specialised plugins, this may cost extra. You will be notified of any extra costs upfront. We don’t believe in hiding anything!

Yes! We don’t believe in making sites that can’t be found or that don’t work on mobile and tablet devices. Search Engine and Mobile Optimisation will be included in all our Website Design services.

We can maintain your site, update images, add new products and change information as needed. The fee for this is €50 per hour.

If you choose our “Website In A Day” service then your website will be completed within 6-8 hours on your chosen “Website Day” once all materials have been received by us. If you choose our “Unique Design” service, the timeline will depend on each individual project. You will be made aware of all timelines in the proposal sent to you.

To make your site come to life we will require images of you, your team, your products etc. We will also need copy from you for each section that will be featured on your site. We will edit this copy and add it to your site so don’t worry if it’s not perfect.

You will be required to pay 50% upfront and 50% once the project is completed if you choose our “Website In A Day” service. For our “Unique Design” service, you will pay 50% upfront, 25% after the first review, and 25% on completion of the project. All payments can be made by bank transfer.
