How much do you charge?

Prices are available on request as no two projects are the same. We offer reasonable prices and payment plans. My company is quite small, can you still help me?

Absolutely! We help medium sized companies, small shops and even entrepreneurs who have not launched yet. No project is too small.

What locations do you serve and what hours are you available?

We are based in Ireland, however we serve the “World Wide Web” , meaning borders do not affect our work. We can help you no matter what country you are based in. We are available 24/7 through our contact LINK, we always aim to respond in a timely manner so you won’t be waiting around.

How do I know my company is the right Fit for Fás X Fís and vice-versa?

That’s what our first free consultation is for. Its a chat about where we both see your online strategy going. If you dont believe we are a fit, or vice versa, we can suggest other digital marketing agencies that are more suited.

How are your services unique to other digital marketing agencies?

We’re not another large digital marketing company who gives the same speech, takes your money and then assigns an employee to your account. We are a small Irish partnership, that takes into account the needs of every customer. We started up during the pandemic so understand the stress small businesses are under to get online, we’re here to help.

How long do your projects take?

All projects have a different time scale. We outline both our expectations in our first free consultation. However usually we aim to have a website online within 90 days, after all relevant material has been submitted and confirmed.

With social media marketing we can have plans ready to implement within 14 days of our meetings.

In regards to Analytics we can have a presentation ready in the space of 4 weeks.

How will Fís X Fás get to understand my business and industry ?

Between us we have worked in over 8 different industries including Finance, Beauty, Health & Nutrition, Hospitality & Education. But we don’t claim to know everything, we have a basic understanding but you are the experts in what you do. We will have a number of meetings throughout our project to gain an understanding and knowledge that you possess and how we can translate it over to your online presence.

How soon will I see results from your work?

All projects are different, but don’t worry we will give you an estimated time in your first consultation.

What is your process of taking on new clients?

First, you can contact us HERE, and we will aim to respond within 48 hours.

Next, we’ll have a free online consultation. This will help us get to know your business and your needs and outline our objectives and strategies to get to your ideal result.

Once you have decided to work with us and proceed with the project, we will draw up a contract in which you will pay 25% of the total cost. A number of follow up meetings will ensue to ensure your vision is being met.

Once you’re happy with the progress we will request a further 50% of the total cost be paid. We will continue to keep in touch with you as promised throughout the whole process.

Finally, once the project is complete we will ask that the remaining 25% of the total cost be paid. We will not leave your side until you are fully comfortable and confident with the work we have provided.

What social media sites do you use ?

This depends on your industry, target audience and budget. We can help you decide which social media sites would best suit you and your business to give you the best results.

How often and where can we have meetings relating to an ongoing project?

Again it depends on the project. We will have multiple meetings throughout the project to update you on progress and ensure you are happy every step of the way. We are always available through email to update you too.
